Due to differing customers� needs the houses can be made as:
- a shell structure with varying levels of completion - (open or locked)
- ready for habitation

Due to a variety of decoration details and adjustments made by individual clients we do not offer ready designs, as each house made by our company is different. However it is possible to copy the previous designs.
Due to the above mentioned differences, the price of a building ready for habitation ranges from 400 to 1200 zł per m2 and depends on:
- building shape and volume, as well as the volume of wooden logs used for walls.
- complication of roof shape and the kind of roof cover.
- finishing standard.
That is why a detailed cost assessment, including the above mentioned details, accepted by both parties, is the basis for the official contract.
Here we offer selected projects, giving insight into the volume, style and decoration types, all with various price options, which can be chosen by our customers.
POWIĘKSZ
House with a 300x300 cm base.
with a small porch and roofed staircase
For children who can use it as a summer house.
Covered with tarpaper tiles. Pressure impregnated post used instead of foundations.
Walls made from turned logs (10cm in diameter), stairs with a banister, entrance
door, floor, ceiling, planked outside.
Price including assembly: 7500 zł

POWIĘKSZ
House (shell construction stage).
Series production, exported to England.
Made of turned logs (12 cm in diameter), rafters prepared for installations. Base: 475 x 675 cm, plus terraces: 475 x 120cm (in front) and 555cm x 120cm (at the back). Inside: sauna 180 x 200cm, toilet 120 x 120cm, bathroom 120 x 120 cm, living room 540 x 475 cm
Price (assembly not included): 18500 zł

POWIĘKSZ
Summer house
Base: 550 x 700 cm. Boarded roof covered with tarpaper.
One-storey: living room with a kitchen extension (area 17,5m2); entrance hall 2 m2; two day rooms (8 m2 each). Bathroom 3 m2. Attic can be converted for habitation.
The house includes: entrance door, 3 doors inside, floor (both ground floor and attic).
Price 35 000 zł
POWIĘKSZ
Allotment house.
Base: 400 x 700cm, plus roofed terrace: 730 x 320 cm. One-storey, cellar under a part of the house, liveable attic (not insulated inside). Ground floor: living room with kitchen area: 24 m2, bathroom 4 m2. Stairs leading to the attic, attic floors, entrance door, doors inside, 4 windows, 2 pairs of window shutters (in the ground floor).
Price including assembly: 32 000 zł [individual customer's design ]
Summer house
Base: 600 x 700cm.
Roofed terrace: 300 x 730 cm. Roof: metal tiles, gutters, 6 windows (of varying sizes), planks and floor in the terrace, banisters, entrance door.
Interior: 2 doors, stairs leading to the attic, floor (ground floor and attic), two-sided finishing for windows and doors.
Total cost (materials and labour) - 38000 zł [customer's design]

Mansion-type house
Base: 700 x 900cm.
Made of wooden logs (14cm in diameter), covered with metal tiles, gutters.
One-storey: composed of six open plan rooms: entrance hall, kitchen, dining area, living area, fireplace area, office plus staircase. Insulated inside with mineral wool, outer walls finished with gypsum boards, natural logs left as interior walls. Pinewood floor, wiring, plumbing, heating by fireplace with a hot air distribution system.
Liveable attic: 3 rooms, bathroom, hall. Total usable area 110 m2
Price (ready for habitation): 110 000 zł.
The house was designed for the film "Nigdy w Życiu" (i.e. "Never ever") produced by MAXFILM. The design is owned by EKO DOM I OGRÓD. (architect: K. Leszczyński).

Country house
Base: 833 x 1199 cm plus roofed terrace: 328 x 1258 cm.
A part of the house with cellars underneath. Raised attic suitable for habitation. Total area 185 m2 Covered with metal tiles, high quality wooden windows, shutters, 3 veluxes@, 2 entrance doors, 10 inner doors, pinewood floor, insulated inside with mineral wool and finished with gypsum boards. Plumbing and wiring, central heating.
Ground floor: large hall:717 x 833 cm; staircase: 85 x 500 cm; roofed cavity 202 x 157 cm; bathroom 247 x 262 cm; larder 133 x 247 cm; day room 400 x 338cm. Rooms in the attic according to the individual customer's needs. Price (ready for habitation): 175 000 zł, individual customer's design.
